Notes: Looking for information about William Bradshaw, my 4xgt grandfather. He died in Nov 1841 in the Faringdon Union Workhouse (appears in the 1841 census as a resident of this establishment). A widower and pauper, previously a carpenter. Married a Frances Wilson in 1789 in Faringdon and they had 8 children, born in Faringdon and/or Wallingford. Love to find out more about his parents, etc. It's assumed he was born in Faringdon, as he was later taken in by the workhouse there. I understand that county borders have changed and that information may be hard to find
